Miami
Houston
San Diego
Memphis
Atlanta
Dallas

Just to name a few. Other than family reasons or you're in the entertainment business, makes zero sense

And even with that, you still have to either live in Manhattan or spend 10-15 hours a week commuting

shyt's miserable.

I was there for 28 years and was glad to leave.

I know. That's why I vacation there. Makes no sense for me to try to live their earning what I do.

But if I had the means I would live there. I love the rawness of NYC and have since I was a girl.
