@Silkk You're talking yourself in circles because first you say...
So you have Cleveland on the same level as New York? :leon:

...and now you imply I'm putting New York on a higher level. You're contradicting yourself. I'm making you sweat I see. :jawalrus:

When you could live in a much less expensive place with better weather and opportunities? There's:

Miami
Houston:banderas:
San Diego
Memphis

Atlanta
Dallas

Just to name a few. Other than family reasons or you're in the entertainment business, makes zero sense

And also what does these bolded cities even have to offer that can compare to NYC or NY in general? NYC is NOT just for the entertainment business but BUSINESS in general; which is why its one of the commerce capitol. Also one can say NYC is expensive to live in, yet they never bring up NY jobs usually pay more compared to the South. Which is why I had not even decided on leaving this state.

And why would any black person want to live in Miami?:what:Especially for job hunting.

From what I heard from relatives and people from Miami, Latinos have employment on lock. IIRC it too is expensive to live in Miami. The only city on the list I would relocate to would be Atlanta and for really good reasons.

I don't know what is worst on this site, the obsession with getting married or NYC losing? Either way I don't know how either affects any of the various ballers on the Coli.com

U need to make that much for real?
http://nycdwellers.com/nyc-apartments-for-rent/apartments-under-1000

U can't get a foot stamps card?
U can live there on less... but to have a quality of life worth having, to me, I would need like 7 figures a year. And even with that, theres some shyt you just can't have. You cant have a half an acre of land within commuting distance of your job if you work in the 5 boroughs.... you cant have a relaxing commute... etc. etc. Quality of life there is abysmal.

I like what NYC has to offer but the prices are a turn off. Even if I had the money I would be frustrated because I know I could get better deals. I think I would much rather live somewhere else and to the most just visit often rather than drain my pockets. If you already live in an expensive city or you dont mind spending money like that i suppose you would be good.

I would need 7 figures to live in a place I liked there

And even with that, you still have to either live in Manhattan or spend 10-15 hours a week commuting

shyt's miserable.

I was there for 28 years and was glad to leave.
This is VERY wrong breh.

Brookyn, Queems & Uptown, by public transportation, is no more than 30- 40 minutes during rush hour.

Stop.
