Your body can only digest so much protein at a time. So eat 3 slices, that's 6 g. Have a couple eggs, that's another 12 g. have a couple slices of toast that's another 6 g. So your breakfast has 24g of protein...You still have 2,3,4 other meals to hit your goals. Pork bacon only has one more g of protein per slice.
How much can your body digest ?

80g is12oz of steak A Steak of that size is usually a dinner meal, where you have have hours to digest it.
What would happen if you strength train but don’t eat a lot of protein that day or the next. Do you still gain muscle ?

No it ain’t :gucci:

At a certain point it isn’t helping you build muscle. It cant.

Not to mention that crazy protein at 1 time stresses your kidneys and makes it so you can’t even drink enough water to balance it

This is also why immediately after a workout you drink a shake, before you eat, bc a liquid shake can transfer and use that protein quicker.
