Your realistically supposed to eat like 5 pieces in one sitting. Also its really for cutting weight. 5 pieces for around roughly 150 calories as where "bacon" bacon would probably be double that in calories.

5 slices of pork bacon is around 500 calories.

@BrothaZay what's your height and weight? What you trying to do in terms of fitness?

A lot of questionable info here so just real quick

-Turkey bacon is disgusting

-Pork bacon and pork in general is not a good source of protein. ‘Protein’ has nothing to do with health. Almost every and any food has ‘protein’. Pork is bad bc it’s bad for your health

-The best (really only) source of protein from a gym perspective is Chicken and turkey. That’s literally it. And that’s usually lunch and dinner. But if you wanna add something to your breakfast so eggs don’t get boring…

-Do turkey sausage. And not them microwaveable links :hhh: This:

15G of protein btw. I still use my Forman grill for these. These shyts are :banderas:

-As someone else said, the way to get your protein is other sources. You not the liver king you not meating your way to your goals. Get a blender.

:salute: Ok I got a high protein breakfast for you. Make an egg white frittata.
Spray 0cal nonstick on a skillet. Add your frozen broccoli. Pour a whole carton of egg whites, into the skillet. Add salt and pepper. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 25min. 383cals, 66g of protein, 26g of carbs, & 0 fat

I put in your height and weight. Then put you down at moderate exercise 3-5x per week. 3,094 calories a day at maintenance...subtract 500, calories per day, and that should put you at 1lb per week of weight loss. Make sure you keep your protein up, and don't shy away from carbs either.
