Admittedetly, I have a "kick it down the road" attitude towards this because Trump is the immediate threat. I view this as a diversionary measure on Wikileaks part to take heat off of Trump in collusion with either Russia, Trumps team (roger Stone admittedly has a back channel to Julian), or both. my opinion is pretty straight forward. I have no concerns about us having or attempting to reach the same capabilities in cyber warfare as other countries.

This is behind a pay wall but if i remember correctly:

• This is law enforcement officers (I believe the Marshall's service) using CIA technology and not the CIA conducting surveillance.
• My concern is the CIA leading it's own ops that are violating the rights of individuals.
• As we've seen in the Pedo case criminals have the right to challenge this in court as a violation of due process.
