In my case no one I know bumps illmatic I dont even remember people fukking with it doing the 90's nikkas was on that Ready to Die and doggystyle back in the days not Illmatic or maybe because I from the south Very overrated album no real concept just str8 spiting which is cool but boring just my opinion

Illmatic is one of naS worst albums. His writing resembled that of a dumb jr high drop out and got progressively better throughout his career even though the better writing didnt always correlate to better music, but certainly better lyrics.

Can't wait to see what he comes up with next

The older he gets, the more he separates himself from his peers of his generation(Jay/Em)as far as making better music and spitting
