I never said this was the solution. But I have said on multiple occasions that something other than kneeling has to come out of this.

I go back to my old hoo every weekend to help out where I can. Whether it's bringing in food to the shelter at the church or hanging out with the kids at rec center. Tutoring in math and things like that.

I ain't never seen Kap or Hov come to 5th Ward to help. But I ain't never tripped on that becuz I knew what I was doing. He kneeled and I was cool with that. I was behind him.

Then he took his settlement and he kinda lost a lil steam. But I was never mad at him or tripping becuz I knew what I was doing at home.

Same thing with Hov. He was helping rappers get out of binds and helped Trayvon Martin's family and that was cool.

Now he has this NFL deal and it's whatever to me.

I guess my thing is how can two brothas do all this good and the minute they do something that goes against "the movement", we get bent outta shape?

It’s not a projecting thing as much as a math thing. The average NFL team cost almost 2.6 billion. What could Shawn possibly buy into that would allow him to make decisions that would not be favored by the majority not to mention the other owners?

Joe Tsai paid 1 billion for 49% of the Nets only to turn around and pay 1.3 for the rest. I don’t think we have an appreciation for the sort of financial circumstances the top .5% of the country enjoy
