Fanduel changed their odds to Scoot being the 2nd pick, even though Shams knew Miller was gonna be the pick. He's employed by Fanduel. Definitely nothing shady going on there

Last year, Scoot was expected as the #2 pick for some time but then Brandon Miller had picked up steam, as we got closer to the draft, it was reported by multiple insiders that the Hornets were all in on Miller.
The morning of the draft Shams tweeted this
What's significant about this is that Brandon Miller was the betting favorite to go #2 overall prior to this tweet. This tweet shifted the betting odds to Scoot either being favored or at least made the odds much closer
The issue is that Shams is partnered with FanDuel. Charlotte had been all in on Miller for weeks, but he tweeted this shyt so his employer could take action on all the Scoot #2 bets. Gross and shady
