There is no equivalent as a man, for a woman carrying a child for 9 months...

Nobody is forcing her to make a baby... she has enough options to not get pregnant if she doesnt want to..

I’ve never understood how people can go so hard and have so many convictions when it comes to a fetus, however are silent when it’s time to do something about the children that are already in this world and suffering. Instead of spouting out opinions about abortion, do something about education, homelessness, hunger and violence. But those actions take work. While the 'It's my body, my rules' is a valid argument for abortion, it's also a lazy argument for overall responsibility.

If a woman truly felt responsible for her body, she'd take precautions before the act of sex. There are many different types of contraception for women. In fact there are more female contraception offers than male ones. So why don't they use them? Remember the saying - 'An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.'
Not to mention that abortions increase the risk of mental health problems for women.
Let's be honest they would be much better off giving the baby up for adoption.

This argument might make sense if men were the carriers of children but such is not the case. Impregnating a woman should be looked at my men as a legally binding contract. once you've inseminated a woman, you've signed a contract that can only be terminated by her choosing to not carry the fetus to term.

Don't tell me women and men are equal then hold men to a higher standard of conduct. If women get to abort their bad decisions then so should men.
