Women and Cold Approaching

I am 35 years old and a virgin. I have social anxiety and am socially awkward/inept. To get comfortable with women and get to a point where I can sleep with them. A few people online recommended cold approaching women at stores, walmart, etc, etc. Are women receptive to being cold approached in stores, grocery stores, etc?

If so, I want to start approaching women at Wal-Mart and grocery stores.


EDIT: I want to get an escort/s in the future but currently don't have the money and still live with my mother.

Offended I wasn't tagged on this but I will give you some game anyways. Yes the cold approach is best for you. Loyalty and beauty mean the most and if she looks good enough for you to approach then that takes care of the beauty part which is half the battle. I found approaching women in grocery stores or Walmart works really well for the cold approach. Especially if you create a great reason to approach. For example approach a female in the section that sells soaps, lotions, hygiene products ect.. and act like you're trying to buy a good soap or lotion for your mother and ask the womans opinion and that opens the door for convo

Last time I talked to someone my age...just the people at my job I talk too but not much because of my social anxiety. I work at a restaurant.

I've given advice before, about engaging in phyiscal/aggresive activities like MMA, Boxing, etc. that will help you feel more comfortable and confident.
That can help you make friends. Lifting weights to gain muscle, etc.

But also, low-key, why not take up dancing? That can help you feel more "in tune" with your body. Even just play music in your room, and practice dancing, or learn some dances on YouTube. Doing this can make you feel more comfortable and allow you to "get things" socially.

I would focus on older women, like 58-68 age range
Smile, be polite, listen to their stories, provide companionship, then turn it flirtatious

..ultimately progress to going to bed with them

Both, I am a dishwasher and work in the front as well. In the front I keep the restaurant clean.
