You said you wanted to replace all female nurses with under 5 years of experience with male military personnel once the pandemic started.

Ignoring how idiotic and mathematically impossible that is for a second, that would obviously be unconstitutional and has 0% of chance of being implemented for that reason. Did you pass 8th grade civics?

The reasons why it can't happen aren't the reasons why it shouldn't happen. It should happen because we want a more controlled environment but Instead people get rekt so the ladies can be heroes.

Hospitals need more male staff in percentages to keep these rabid minded women focused and supported. One of the reasons so many women quit in these jobs is because they feel like they're not getting any support. A group of women in caregiving supporting each other.

We were just at USC and the female staff at the hospital were fighting with each other talking about they're tired not listening to each other give out commands. This is happening in front of patients who are writhing in agony like it's normal. Women respond a lot differently when dudes are talking.

O and there was an 8 hour wait for the most rudimentary treatment. Pitiful

They at the least need fitness requirements for nursing. It's to demanding for Lisa Larry to deal with. I think a physically stronger/fit woman will have a higher stress threshhold compared to some ol washed up woman. You should need to be disciplined in care for yourself to be in nursing.

Fat nurses shouldn't be employed.

Women are always complaining about abuse from people that come to hospitals.

Studies show that male nurses are more likely to deal with aggressive patients and still have less stress on the job compared to women.

When shyt is real I'm sorry but men have to step up and carry the ladies. They gonna fold man.

I dont know how anyone can argue this. Its obvious that many of these female icu/caregivers nurses are overwhelmed physically and mentally and not built for the job.

Add a mandatory pandemic nursing program for all military reserve and national guard.

Give leave and offer a transfer/terminate positions of women who report high levels of stress. Next fire all low performance nurses in emergency order.

Replace their position with a medically trained military reserve until the pandemic is over.

Offer money and certification programs to hire more male nurses in impoverished areas and also change the name of the word nurse to remove the stigma of caregiving.

Have fitness requirements and thorough background checks for candidates.

Shift the demographics to 50 50 male/female or tilt the demographics 60 40 in favor of males.

Watch as hospitals report better care through pandemic
