We need better nurses. Starting with fitness standards. Ending worst case scenario with a majority male nursing staff, for the pandemic. It's obvious by how many that are quitting, they not built for it.

1. This was literally a State Of Emergency, so it’s not out of the question to consider replacing the relatively inexperienced with Emergency Personnel.
2. Weren’t a lot of these (female) medical staff going on (of all places) social media (while they were supposed to be on duty, btw) breaking down because they were overworked?

Despite being idiotic and unethical and the fact that there are not enough reserve male nurses in the US military to replace all the female nurses who would be fired for being female and under 5 years and we already have a nurse shortage prior to the pandemic, that would obviously be unconstitutional based on gender discrimination and would be an open and overturn by any court in the country.

We wouldn't have had as much pandemic drama since the women would have enhanced fitness standards.
But really the military is probably ready for this in some capacitt and states should have asked Congress for a lifeline deployed to help hospitals.
These flabby ladies and seniors need to step aside or step into less stressful roles when it's all hand on deck.
