I might be in the extreme minority of brehs who only had relations with women who were older than me... Not by alot... 1 - 4 years.

Older men have more confidence, money, probably can bring the woman to more places than younger brehs, etc. Also a lot of men look better as they get older, as opposed to women who try their best to always appear young.
Whatever this current society tells us, it's still up to the man to court the woman, and more often then not a 27 year old will be more confident in doing so than a 19 year old. Might have a car and a crib too already. Women want to be comfortable, no one is willingly down for the struggle, especially if more confortable options are available to you. The big difference is that men have to do the courting, so women can choose among them : obviously they go with the breh who's already been through some stuff, is confident, etc. Men too would like a more comfortable situation if they could choose, but those women often are at least looking for someone of the same comfort level as theirs, so this "upgrading" often isn't really an option for men.
Obviously there are exceptions, but when I was in HS and in University damn near every girl I knew was dating older men. It's only when I got in the working world that there was some kind of balance, but you still have a fair amount of women dating/married to older men, hardly any man going out/dating with older women.

Keep the age gap under 10 years to reduce the cultural gap and it's a good match
The man is less likely to still be running the streets, has more money, is more mature
The woman is less jaded and bitter by being younger, still beautiful and less likely to have kids
A girl that's 21 and about to graduate school would be better served dating a 27 year old man with his shyt tight and together than a 21 year old nikka that's still "finding himself" after dropping out. And that 21 year old broad with no kids and no bitterness is better for that older nikka than the 27-28 year old broads with 1-2 kids that's he's dealing with.
