I've been working from home for over a decade. Personal tips for newcomers
I have a standing desk so that might help and/or get a deskcycle to keep your body moving during long sessions
Fast throughout the day, 16/8 or 20/4
Keep your drinks on deck, no sodas
Get a lot of protein in
Wym by 16/8 and 20/4?
What’s your career?

morning time I eat apples, oatmeal, or pears, then I don't eat until 3 pm. I work out, go on twitter, play games, go on the coli, etc to kill time in the meantime.

Also I do sets of push ups every hour

Diet is awesome. Was fit before the pandemic but in best shape of life. If you got your time you’d normally be commuting back then you really have no excuse. Get in a gym

I lost weight working from home the last two years because I was eating more home cooked food and less fast food plus having more time to work out. I’m gaining it back now I’m in the office :francis:

During 2020 gained 10 pounds, during late 2021 lost 15 pounds. After the transition it became easier, overall I've exercised more during the past two years than I had in the last 5. I've cooked probably 90% of meals now compared to 50% before WFH. Its a win in my book.
