NOT. EVERYONE. IS. A. HUSTLER.

Some people are just workers and these companies are ran by hustlers who know these workers need some kind of supervision and discipline given to them.

In all honesty this is just saying I want to be able to have more control over the employees. I’m
Thinking it’s going to be a competitor that will say if you want to work from home fine...I’m also curious to see if the corporate offices are losing or gaining money due to less people being at work daily.

now of course the local banks need to be open.

he doesn’t care about a hustle or any of that because the ones who are motivated will always be looking for the next step up and move position to position. He just wants control.
Lines for banks are down the block, daily, got to set appointments for sit downs with a banker, etc. its horrible customer service to be a bank and have your clients wait for hours to just deposit some money, especially if youre a business or talk to a banker about an issue.

Whats the actual issue here? Or are people complaining just to complain?

ive worked for Chase, AT&T and Verizon. Chase was by far the best employer with the best benefits, hours and potential compensation. Im not understanding the JP morgan hate train today on here. Easily one of the best companies to work for in America. The grass is not greener on the other side in corporate America.

Nope. They in unison about this. Barclays issued a notice saying same thing last week. Goldman and UBS did their’s earlier this week too. All we waiting on is BofA, Wells Fargo, and MorganStanely.

I think the bigger issue is that many of the wall street folks are engineers, mathematicians, software guys, etc ; so the pressure to leave will be extremely heavy from the Silicon Valley startups that embraced work from home during the pandemic.

He's not wrong. Being able to wake up at 8:57 then roll over to your computer and start "working" doesn't really breed a hustling mentality.

Do you know hes conning people to going back work to help his bottom line, most of the ppl hes talking about are 9-5ers getting by....they arent hustling by going to work they are making money for him.

isn't that one of the ultimate hustles? :gucci:

how many people work from home started a side business?

how many people reduced the time they actually worked by hours?

no telling how many people are being paid to babysit while they work at home.

For real.

Amazon, Microsoft, apple, Bitcoin, coinbase, and god knows how much tech started in these dudes homes.

Wait, so you're saying a boss wants his employees to have to work in an environment that he chose instead of one that they chose so that they can have less distractions from productivity?

No way. :francis:
