working legs is overrated esp for the lean look girls love

I understand going to the gym for aesthetics but why be half hearted? If you want a good body nh, why only your top half? Makes no sense to me.


Secondlu, 90% of women are soft literally. You see a thick (not fat) chick and you think those thighs & butt must have some real muscle, until you feel them like :ahh: soft and lovely, friend. Conversely, chicks are amazed when they see my big legs/thighs and it's 95% muscle. Gets them really going.

I aint gonna lie, i slack on working my legs. I have to do a lot of standing and walking for work. Im fine with a sore upper half but when my legs are sore it makes work unbearable.

The OP is somewhat right and wrong. When women are asked what attracts them to men, legs aren't up in the top 10 for most. Arms, chest and abs are in the top 10, but they aren't in the top 3 either. You can be a flabby or skinny dude if you have a personality that the woman is attracted to.

Doing leg work is up to you.
I'm a big believer in having a balanced or proportionate body; upper body to lower body, tricep to biceps, quads to hamstrings, chest to back.

The initial pain goes away after a while. I won't lie to you. You'll probably experience soreness in your legs for the first few weeks (2-5). Then your body will start to recover a lot quicker.

Just brace yourself.

I squat 3x a week and wake up fine the next day.

:yes: If soreness bothers you, it only means that you don't squat enough. Just give it two weeks and you'll be good.

You don't need huge legs, just like you don't need a huge anything else, but you need proportional legs in comparison to your body. Last thing you want to do is always have to wear long pants because you don't want to show off your tiny legs or you just walk around with an upside down triangle build.

Exactly, I honestly didn't train legs until football. It wuz only then that I learned and felt the benefits of having stronger legs. It seriously is where most of your power comes from in sports. But if u doing it strictly for the yambs then by all means work on your upper body alone cause hos honestly don't notice it. Got a homeboi that's a muscle head and can barely squat 135 but still have hos talkin about his physique. Jus a word of warning OP, if u walkin round wit that top heavy Triple H physique and u get into an altercation you will be dumped quicker than a muthaphuka.
