thats how i feel, but at the same time we have a nice group here

and with other people(namely ****), sometimes the majority opinion should be respected

like i said, im not gonna silence someone unless they go overboard with it.

Bruce lee worked his legs...but it goes back to the body type some people shouldn't add more size to their legs and some people should.

Girls like men who are built like the werewolf from true blood and they like slimmer guys like David Beckam it all depends on your body type if your strictly going for aesthetics

try squatting 2-3 times a week for the best results.

It sucks at first, but eventually you get used too it. Do squats first.

Don't no squat on consecutive days...

If you're not working legs you're lifting for the wrong reasons, in my opinion. I look at the body as a machine, wouldn't you want every part of it to be as in tune as possible? Even if you're just lifting for looks, women like an all around built guy.

Do some squats. Run. Ride a bike. Legs aren't that hard to work :manny:
