My ex loved my legs. I cant take op seriously :wtf: How can you say your legs arnt important. My bench and a lot of my other lifts improved dramatically after i realised the impotance of squats and deads. Legs and lower back are the source of all my lifts. You tshirt trainers who only do arms and chest always in the gym and wonder why you dont get results.

I know a lot of dudes who look like cartoons when they try and rock shorts in the summer with a huge upper body and chicken legs.
