To be honest, my daddy wanted to sign up and they told him he was flat footed. I never looked that shyt up until now. I'm clumsy as hell too....shyt must be genetic. I wonder how I'd fare. Not about to find out, though. Nothing but love for folks that made that choice and answered that call. It's not for everybody and I admit it.

More than half the country voted for Hillary. So we're not gonna fight for the guy. If he tried to make it WW3, the liberals would turn it into a Civil War. And the whole world would be on their side because they view Trump as a fascist warmonger.

OCD and asthma prevented me from joining. Now add to it I'm old, I'd be more of a liability now. DQ'd.

But I will say if you can join one of those special forces units or something techy you'd have some pretty insane skills, great income and probably some crazy agent work afterward if you went that route.

I'd have to disagree with the premise that it will even get reinstated. Enrollment numbers have gone nuts since college became more expensive. If college costs hadn't skyrocketed enrollment might have gone down. Conspiracy theorists might say there's a link there.

However, OP isn't saying it will get reinstated, he's just throwing a scenario out there.
