That’s an immediate turn off. Don’t care how good you look. And the thing is, I’m not a selfish dude. I make super good money and I don’t mind sharing with my loved ones. A bit off topic, but i had an aunt who did this to me as a kid when i was visiting. But her issue was the gas bill. Teenage me hit her living room like "but where is the heat at?"
