Modern technology is a pretty big deal. There's nothing about 1917 that I trust. It's a big deal in regards to modern medicine...otherwise, I don't see a major difference. I mean by your argument....I can talk about you having a higher likely hood of catching AIDS or HIV...something that didn't exist in that form back then.
