It can be different women each time, but for a certain point in time, it was one woman who fulfilled your need so you NEEDED her. If you wanted her, you could take or leave the sex, and do something else with her, then when the sex came, you just had missionary, regular sex because the sex wasn't a need. From your post, you NEED a certain type of woman to fulfill your sexual needs. People look different, but really all the same because it is our characters that make us who we are not how we look.
