If you could talk to animals it would enable scientific breakthroughs I would assume that are otherwise not even possible today or even thought of. You could make a lot of money with that if that's your motivation. Anyways, I can learn any language I want naturally its not like you can learn "bear" or "dolphin" if you try really hard
