Not in nyc. 100k isn't that much after taxes from city , state , federal and deductions.
I've seen the paystubs. I have many folks still in nyc who are just now hitting 100k in their 50s and it's not enough.

Easily the hateful family. By the rules you could have a totally second loving family and ignore the haters.

Or. Be totally isolated from ever being close to another Human.

The second choice is the premise of torture methods. Isolation is the worst fate that doesn't involve violence or illness.. but some might argue that total isolation is more painful than some levels of physical violence.

A better dilemma might be

$100K and a long distance mate that you only see once per season but loves you deeply or $500K and a gold digger wife who will allow you to fukc grudgingly once a week... but you always suspect that she might creep on you.

Personally, I have kids, friends and family so I would be good. I been through some crazy shyt, and at this point in my life. I would just rather get head a couple times a month and focus on doing things that make me happy, like raising my kid, doing the things that i love, etc.
