Really? :comeon:

Sun Rises in the East - Jeru The Damaja
Step in the Arena - Gangstarr
Hard to Earn - Gangstarr
Moment of Truth - Gangstarr
Livin Proof - Group Home
Jewelz - OC
Funky Technician - Lord Finesse
Illmatic -Nas (Co-Executive producer, and producing 1/3 of the songs)
Return of the Boom Bap - KRS One

Plus the classic songs he produced and basically ushered the staple sound of 90s East Coast Hip Hop

Just off the top of my head

Krs One - MC's act like they Don't know
Biggie - 10 Crack Commandments, Unbelievable,
Jay Z - D'Evils, Bring it On
Nas - I Gave you Power, New York State of Mind, Nas is Like, 2nd Childhood, etc etc
Common - 6th Sense

Shame on you for not knowing about the GOAT Hip Hop producer
Ilmatic aint shyt and he only did 1/3 of this flop (7 years to go plat album)
And he didnt even do half of return of the boom bap.
As far as the rest ofyour album list, you're getting ALBUMS YOU LIKE confused with classics.
Gotta be fukking kidding me.
nikka i personally bought Jewelz in 1997 cause i liked the fact that he redid Tevin Campbell's Tomorrow for his single and i like born 2 live a few years earlier. That shyt was wack as fukk and he did like four songs, non of which or memorable.
And i dont need you to point out scattered tracks he made. I'm very aware and a fan.
But you putting extras on this nikka and them Gangstar albums aint classics either.
Dre is a don,ran the streets and the charts at the same damn time. You bringing up flop albums calling them classics.
And just because something was huge over there doesnt mean it was huge across the country or world. Dre's that nikka. Come better my nikka

Born and raised in Cincinnati. Just spitting the real.
Dre's goat status is well known and backed by success. Insecure for what?
:heh:
Ya'll gotta make excuses why ya'll favorite cant match him. No excuses when speaking on a winner like dre

Doesn't matter where you're born, you're in love with a west coast producer Dre, which his talent is nowhere near DJ Premier's. Plus, unlike Dr Dre, Premier doesn't have 10 ghost producers who does all the work, while the only shyt he does is "oversee it" :mjlol:

See this is the bullshyt i'm talking about. Why are we pretending dre wasnt running the streets with everyone of his commercially successful projects (excluding EM)? And even he got some burn in the black community. And yes dre is solely the best, hands down.
I've been a fan of easy mo bee since the early 90's but He's no match for dre,nor is primo, rza, pete rock etc.
See I can understand your view on this but those producers you named made hits to me comprable to dre's imo...and yes his hood classics were some of his most commercial but still commercial none the less...I'm just saying a lot of great beats didn't get the same commercial attention, and if so we maybe saying something different.

nikka facts are facts.
But i'm going to try and understand ya'll a lil more
Primo is the best?
But in almost 30 years he's never made a hit album that took the world by storm, running the streets and flying of the shelves at retail.
Meanwhile dre has done this multiple times with different crews but he's not the GOAT and primo is?
lmao rofl ok,yea sure thing buddy
ya see it has nothing to do with love and more to to with facts

nikka you talking like the attention was an accident and not due to the people loving his shyt alot more than these other nikkas. shyt wasnt luck. Doenst matter if it was commercial (which is actually a good thing BTW) but dre's run on these streets is hotter than any of these nikkas at the same damn time so what's the fukking point.
Alot of nikkas made hits, true but none did what dre did and that doesnt go both ways. Dre did what they did and then some, you cant say the same about them.

So selling 10 million + albums means you're a better producer than the next? We're playing that game breh? :dead::dead::dead:

Why are you still dodging that Dr Dre has a gang of ghost producers? I wonder why :sas2:

that's remarkable considering that dre made most of the nikkas he sold a bunch of records with, they weren't stars before him.

He's a coward that rambles on about unnecessary troll shyt but avoids real debate. It's obvious and  at this point.

I'm still waiting for this dude to tell me whether the general public fukks with MC Ren and Spice 1. Now it's "what beat has Dre made by himself" so we've got 3 questions in the queue and counting.

Dilla for most influential.

That's actually kind of a controversial answer to put up someone so recent.

:ehh:

Most successful, yes.

But producing is such a broad topic.

There are many claims to the title for different reasons.

Most successful: Dr. Dre.

Best Run: RZA.

Best sample flipper: ?

Most influential: ?

Best Drums: ?

Best mix: Dr. Dre/ DJ Quik
It's not a broad topic at all. Dre made the best shyt however he did it and he got the best results. The albums he produced trumps all. By far. He ran three dynasties. No one can test him
