They will have to pay Steph 30+ million/year the year after they sign Barnes, so again you are looking at close 70 million tied up between three guys, are they really going to pay Barnes a max deal because it could take that, again you would be looking at close to 90 million tied up to 4 guys, I don't see why you think it's so hard to see a team willing to pay him close to max money (he will only be 24), where do you think his number lands, 10-12 million?? lmao. He and Green (and Parsons) share similar PERs, GS is about to pay a max deal to an energy guy. You are underestimating the market for him.Barnes isn't getting a max deal from anyone![]()
He's not due for an extension until after next season and he'll be a restricted free agent ontop of that. What are you talking about? If Green gets a max they will have $42 million between Curry, Klay and Green, Curry's contract doesn't expire until 2017, and he'll get the new max when that comes around while Green and Klay are on the old max ($15 million per season each).
Bogut is locked up until 2017, and when his contract is up he'll be 33, they are going to look for his replacement (draft) in the next year or two. The core of that team is the most important thing, it's Curry, Klay, Barnes and Green, everyone else is replaceable.

And another comparison, the Cavs are going to match any offer for Thompson this year and will have around $80 million between him, LeBron, Kyrie and Love.......http://www.businessinsider.com/stephen-curry-bargain-contract-extension-2015-5
Curry will be going into his 9th season when it's time for an extension, he won't be eligible for the same max as LeBron/Durant because he won't be a 10 year vet. You keep harping on about him getting $30+ million to further your point, when that isn't even possible.
There's a market for Green, the Detroit Pistons want him and he's going to use them to get a max deal, GS will have to match it. There will be a gang of SF's on the market when Barnes is due for his extension. You keep saying Barnes is going to get $20~ million, for comparisons sake Kevin Love will have 9 years under his belt and will be getting a 5 year $143 million, so please explain to me how Barnes is getting 20+ million as a 5 year player.....
You want this team to be broken up so badly that you're not even arguing with facts and just throwing wild figures out there. For the last time, Green and Klay will be looked at as bargain deals under the old pay structure and nobody is going to offer Barnes a 4 year $88 million contractAnd another comparison, the Cavs are going to match any offer for Thompson this year and will have around $80 million between him, LeBron, Kyrie and Love.......
Adidas would swoop him up if UA was ever stupid enough to let him go and Adidas ain't gonna pay him enough to make more than KD
Adidas needs some new blood cuz their shoe designs are ass.He got that contract cuz he still had those ankle injuries
His contract is up at the PERFECT time though...![]()

nikkas are reselling under armor shoes now?Someone else immensely profiting off "buying low" on Steph is UnderArmour. His shoes sellout in the smaller guard sizes and there's even a secondary flip market on eBay (which I don't think I've ever seen for a new shoe from a non Nike brand not named Yeezy).
I think it was in the 5-8 mil/yr range while top tier make 25-30 mil/yr range.
I get why Nike didn't re-up him, they had the big 3 (Kobe/Lebron/Durant) and hedged with the next 2 ISO stars (Kyrie/Harden), but they treated him pretty shytty having him in the low tier HyperFuse's when his ankle kept exploding.
I bet if they offered him the same cash and gave him a "hidden signature" shoe like the Harden Run The One, he probably woulda stayed. Good thing he bolted ... the UA's have done wonders for his ankles.

nikkas are reselling under armor shoes now?![]()
and will b the 6th next year ..
talk bout bargain..
questions need to b answered:
Did he fire his agent?
when's the last time a championship team did not have a bargain contract?
can he lay down on the court and not play till he gets more money?per jvg
is he jealous of his teammates..that get more money?
what if he gets injured again?![]()
Are these sold out in stores?Curry got the juice right now. He's the everyman hero. Not every kid grows up genetically gifted like Lebron to truck people or genetic freaks like Durant who are 7 footers with guard skills. But every kid can try crossovers, 3 pointers off the dribble, and flip layups high off glass.
These are sold ebay listings. MSRP is $120. Looks like the white colorway getting flipped for $300 and normal colorways going for about $180.
I've literally never seen a non Nike hoops shoe EVER get flipped like this ... UA will get more done with Curry than Adidas will ever get done with Rose, Howard, Wall, Lillard, etc.
