Nah. Here's an example. Let's say your homie goes out of your way to set up an interview for you. You go, it goes well. You just don't want the job. They try calling you to get you started and you ignore the calls. Not only is it a lack of maturity, it's a lack of respect.

Society has gotten so pussified with indirect contact through social media, text. Etc.

If you explore an option, you should let them know where they stand.

Lol fukk outta here, if this was the case then jobs would give you a courtesy rejection call or they a courtesy call before they fire you

Honestly, I believe this passive rejection crap is why some dudes come at chicks with the blunt and borderline disrespectful approach. You still get W's with some of the jumpoffs but you avoid these emotionally draining rejections.

I'd rather shoot a lower % if it's gonna save me time, energy, and money and avoid these drawn out situations where I gotta figure out that she don't want to mess with me.

Honestly people are allowed to reject you any way they like. People are so entitled. Real talk they might be doing you a favor.

No just off gp. Don't do something you don't want done to you. There's a way of going about something as it reflects your character. It's about respect. If you don't respect yourself, it'll come out in the way you treat other people and that's not a good look. It'll reflect on your future relationships if you don't smarten up. This is why you have dudes running around impregnanting women and running away like cowards. No need to ruin someone else because you don't got it altogether yourself.

But I do agree on that person doing someone else a favor. Basically inspiring others to be better people than them.

Exactly. There's a coward culture growing and you know whats worse, you got folks thinking it's okay and they want to handle adult responsibilities like having children or getting married. That and people having a narcissistic mentality and having unrealistic expectations, feeling entitled and etc.

Honestly, the level of immaturity that is going on these days where you have it becoming accept for adults to regress into kids is downright frightening. It doesn't work. Would not be surprised if all of this leads to people going crazy and etc because they can't handle life. At some point, you're gonna have to face the fact that you're an adult and you need to handle shyt in an adult manner. Otherwise it's going to come back and bite you in the ass.

Women want the right

to reject you any way they like.

But demand the utmost sensitivity and care from us as if they're all special snowflakes. If someone treated one of her females relatives like shyt do you think she'd be on that "well, he really doesn't owe you anything :yeshrug:" tip? :mjlol: Ah women y'all. :pachaha:

How did you get courtesy firing from the statement. When you get fired they directly tell you, nikka you fired.

As for not getting jobs, perhaps my experience is different, at least 80%of the time if we explored the option (interview) I have gotten a kick back email thanking me for my time and that they either filled it with another candidate or decided to move on.

Facts. I've got a rejection notice EVERY LAST TIME.

You wanna know why? Because companies don't want people blowing up their phones, begging them for an answer. They send out the notice and the suspense is over.

Also, typically if you and the girl you are pursuing have mutual friends, she will just be straight up with you if she's not interested. There's something about potential negative repercussions that gives them the "confidence" to actually turn you down.

:dame::dame: I'm guilty of this. If a female I'm not really feeling asks for my number I'll give it to her ,text/call for like a day or 2 and then just go ghost and never answer her texts/calls again. Crazy thing is some of the chicks I did this too seemed cool af or like really genuine good females they just wasn't up to par physically/facially

Come on now, don't try to act dumb unless you really don't know.

Time after time I've seen companies who already made up their mind terminating a associate but they'll wait till they come back to work, have them work a few hours then fire them.

If they had any respect for people they would just call and say hey don't bother coming in, you are terminated saving you from wasting your valuable time, money, gas, and resources where you could be applying for new jobs.

Your 80% rejection notice is not the norm and you know it. Just arguing for the sake of arguing.

I don't know what jobs you are interviewing for, bruh.

Because, I get an e-mail every time I don't get the job. I can't remember a situation where I didn't get one.

Maybe it's my profession.

lol...You know damn well you wouldn't say that if the shoe is on the other foot but I'll let you cook

Next street harassment thread: "Respect? Not catcalling? yes that's the proper thing to do however people still don't owe you anything :troll:"
That's a stupid comparison

So passive rejection is the reason so many men are baby daddy's? Got it.

And you sound like the chick in the article; whiney and entitled.

People don't owe you anything especially in a situation that is completely emotionally based. You can argue about why you are entitled but it just makes you sound more entitled.
