A close male friend believes with no hesitation an accusation of rape against you, what in your past behavior and interactions with women would cause him to believe this so quickly?:jbhmm:

Definitely lawyer up. My sister's husband was accused of a sex crime, and it completely ruined his life (and the lives of his family). He got kicked out of college, he lost his job, he even got kicked out of his church

He's been all over the local news in his area. He hasn't been to trial yet, and the accusation was made like 2 years ago. He's been unable to legally clear his name for 2 years. These types of accusations are very serious and will fukk up your life. The only thing you can do is get a good lawyer and follow their advice :hubie:

Unless you have a tendency to lean in when women are leaning out, your friend shouldn’t disbelieve you off the rip like that.

Rape is a serious allegation.

The chick speaking to you casually after the encounter is interesting because I’ve never met a rape victim who could shoot the breeze with their attacker afterwards.

Rape is a life changing violation.

I mentioned these types of chicks in the Justin Bieber thread. Sometimes the woman wishes they could unfukk the breh after he emotionally curves them or they regret catching another body and they claim rape.

There is no either or with rape.

A rape victim has no doubt their boundaries were crossed and their inner sanctuary violated. Rape kits weren’t involved either which, if true, invalidates her story.

I have but they usually felt like they had to keep the peace socially for whatever reason (like, the rapist was an uncle, or a boss).

I don't think i spoke to the guys after my situation.

I wholeheartedly believe the victim would want to exit as fast she could, especially if it’s an authoritative figure in her life.

But to exchange pleasantries and carry on as normal afterwards? I’ve never been raped and my stomach turns even considering being cool with someone who raped me.

What happened...?

Show me all this data of years old rape accusations turning into convictions or even chargers or settlements for regular Joes. I’ll wait. :unimpressed:

The data you’ll actually find is that rape accusations are overwhelmingly undercharged/convicted. Don’t let this #MeToo shyt fool you.
You gotta be white.
A black man getting a rape accusation ain't a big deal?

Who raised you. ?!?!

Yet another response sidestepping the assertion to spew irrelevant insults.

Show me the data that supports years old rape accusations turning into actual cases when there’s just average folk involved. Especially one as thin as this (no physical evidence, no video evidence, no witnesses, just her word against his).

When a person's first line of defense is "we've had sexual encounters before" i...

When it seems that rumours of him raping someone have been circulating for a year among his peer group but no one has even come to him so he can dispute it. I take it thahavehis peer group believes that the scenario could occur, and weren't surprised by the accusation. They know him better than I.

The rape apologists have come in so I'm gonna exit. But the poster should ask himself why mutual friends believe she is telling the truth and he is lying. Multiple brehs on here have told stories of "fukkery" and needed it explained to them that they were just admitting to rape with their "fukkery tale".

I didn't label him a rapist, multiple of his friends did.
You want me banned because other brehs on this site have admitted to rape?

How does a person that's "shytfaced" consent? It's not fair, it's not fun, but hopefully y'all will start to understand. Not calling you a rapist by the way.

:dahell:

He never said his peer group thought he was a rapist. Or that the info was circulating for a year prior to the accusation. The fukk are you talking about?

TLR more so than any other sub-forum on this site seems to have reading comprehension problems.

He said the chick had mentioned regretting having sex with him, to a mutual friend. And that he had seen her an interacted with her numerous times and she was cordial.

The one friend is the only one that believed it. And we know nothing about that guy. There's too many x-factors to say anything definitively either way. I don't know what "long time friend" means. I've known guys 30+ years, that's a long time friend. Somebody else might say the same thing about somebody they've known a year. Or somebody they "knew" 10 years ago but only sporadically talk to on social media.

Knowing so little about that one friend, but believing him anyway, tells me you came in here wanting to believe dude was a monster, regardless. People like you are why these types of accusations fukk up innocent men like Gibbs and Depp.

Fred.

Thisssss!
Males usually defend their friends or at least hear them out and his former roommate automatically believed the woman?

:patrice:

I thought it was "believe all women" or some bullshyt like that. I mean, when a breh on here even says "I'll wait for the facts to come out" they are accused of being a rape apologist. It's like damned if you do, damned if you don't.

As for the topic at hand, I don’t know what to say. I mean, a woman can retroactively deny consent. How does one fight against that? I dunno. Tricky situation. I think there's only a certain type of woman that would operate like that though and I'd like to think they aren't plentiful and give off enough red flags to be avoided. Tough spot to be in.....

bytch is playing games...

"She told me to tell you but she told me to tell you not to contact her..."

Breh you hurt her feelings when you didn't wife her up and now she's, apparently years later, feeling some kind of way about it.

As far as what you do... there's nothing you can do until / unless an accusation is formally made.

If / when it does come, all you can do is follow the evidence and hope it exonerates you.

Good luck.
