Are you in Dallas?Definitely lawyer up. My sister's husband was accused of a sex crime, and it completely ruined his life (and the lives of his family). He got kicked out of college, he lost his job, he even got kicked out of his church
He's been all over the local news in his area. He hasn't been to trial yet, and the accusation was made like 2 years ago. He's been unable to legally clear his name for 2 years. These types of accusations are very serious and will fukk up your life. The only thing you can do is get a good lawyer and follow their advice![]()
I have but they usually felt like they had to keep the peace socially for whatever reason (like, the rapist was an uncle, or a boss). The chick speaking to you casually after the encounter is interesting because I’ve never met a rape victim who could shoot the breeze with their attacker afterwards.

You gotta be white.Show me all this data of years old rape accusations turning into convictions or even chargers or settlements for regular Joes. I’ll wait.
The data you’ll actually find is that rape accusations are overwhelmingly undercharged/convicted. Don’t let this #MeToo shyt fool you.
You gotta be white.
A black man getting a rape accusation ain't a big deal?
Who raised you. ?!?!
When a person's first line of defense is "we've had sexual encounters before" i...
When it seems that rumours of him raping someone have been circulating for a year among his peer group but no one has even come to him so he can dispute it. I take it thahavehis peer group believes that the scenario could occur, and weren't surprised by the accusation. They know him better than I.
The rape apologists have come in so I'm gonna exit. But the poster should ask himself why mutual friends believe she is telling the truth and he is lying. Multiple brehs on here have told stories of "fukkery" and needed it explained to them that they were just admitting to rape with their "fukkery tale".
I didn't label him a rapist, multiple of his friends did.
You want me banned because other brehs on this site have admitted to rape?
How does a person that's "shytfaced" consent? It's not fair, it's not fun, but hopefully y'all will start to understand. Not calling you a rapist by the way.
Thisssss!
Males usually defend their friends or at least hear them out and his former roommate automatically believed the woman?
