Xbox 360 (JRPG Style Games) Question for True JRPG Fans.

I've been looking for JRPGs to buy two games. I already have FF13, FF13-2, Lost Odyssey.



Man, Lost Odyssey is the best JRPG ever I've played and def in my top 10. this game had me and . Lost Odyssey sh!tty on FF13 and FF13-2 put it together. Don't get me wrong, I love FF13 and part 2 but somewhere disappointed, Part 2 much better upgrade but it sucks that you only have to play with two characters.

Question?.....Have you guys played this games? I want to buy two games from this list.

lost odyssey is dope as hell. first game i played when i had my first 360
i didn't know resonance of fate was on 360. that was decent game but i hated the over world. crazy battle system tho

played last remnant on pc for about an hour or so and really don't remember anything from it

never played the rest

Tales of vesperia is dope but uhh if you ain't played persona 5 golden on the vita then yea..... Best jrpg I've played in a while.

Tales of Vasperia gets a lot of praise and good reviews and it's on xbox demand for $14.99.

Surprised to see you threw Star Ocean: The Last Hope in 4 spot cause Star Ocean 4 was my first list but I've mixed feeling about this one.

Does Tales of Vasperia have open world like you can travel anytime you want instead of staying linear?

Did you actually beat Professor K in Lost Odyssey cause I have all my characters level 99 and still haven't beaten Professor K yet and keep losing and still struggles and kept trying to change the strategies. I have this game for 4 years and couldn't beat Professor K....I could skip Professor K and focus on the main story but I can't and it would make me feel better to beat Professor K first. So what is your strategy?

Star Ocean 4 falls short in the same way XIII and its sequels does. The battle system, visuals, and music are nice but its severely lacking in story, characters, and other things that really make a good JRPG. This was an ongoing problem with Square's console JRPGs this gen so I would stay away from them.

Vasperia is linear but it isn't too bad. The game is pretty good.

I beat him but a friend had to tell me how
Make sure ur characters are at a high level and then place someone who can take a lot of damage up front. Put all immortals in the back and use double cast after reflecting.

This is why I'll cop PS4 cause they always have JRPG.

All of them are 99 levels. I put Sed and Kaim in the front while rest of immortals in the back but failed....now you mentions that I have to put Kaim in the back too?....

How long it took you to beat PK?
