The Xbox naming scheme will never not be stupid lol. "Xbox 360" effectively tied them up. You can't then go "Xbox 360 2, Xbox 360 3, Xbox 360 4", it just sounds stupid.
Should've been Xbox>Xbox 2 or X2, X3, X4 and any variations X3 Slim/Pro would be easily understood.

The worst name was the Xbox one. Idk how the fukk they thought that was clever as an Xbox 1 already exist

You know what, I didn't realize the struggle, just assumed it didn't matter but I cant speak for all of blandkind so i'll acknowledge how the naming can possibly be confusing to certain individuals... I guess
They didn't want people walking into stores and deciding between the Playstation 3 & Xbox 2
They had long list from a marketing agency, Xbox 3 was considered since they've skipped numbers before with Windows releases and didn't want to be seen as behind PS
There was nuffin wrong with X Box 360 name, they coulda went to 720 next then got back on track with XB4 
Or they coulda kept doubling numbers or adding 360 each time. Either or woulda been better than naming the 3rd edition XB1
