I *settled* for an Xbox Series X after striking out multiple times on a PS5. It was a blessing in disguise. I'm eating off game pass. I've only purchased one game (Mass Effect Trilogy) and everything else is on GP. I use slickdeals.net to scoop up GP/EA Play conversion deals and so far i'm extended through March and I haven't paid anything close to 14.99/month yet. I will likely skip playstation this gen.

I know some think the constant console war shyt is “cute” day in and day out

but GP is a great value if you’re into actually playing games as simple as it sounds—I’ve played dishonored, dishonored 2, death of the outsider, prey, the ascent, and psychonauts 2 (off the top of my head) off the strength of GP…games that I would’ve legit passed on if I had to pay for them which would’ve been a shame bcuz they ended up being among the best games I’ve played this year

just extended it 3 more months and am good to august 2024

I got like 4tb of storage and 70 gamepass games queued to downloaded... this shyts all over psplus and psnow its not even funny... @PS5 was right all along.... I paid like $1 for a month of gamepass, used the money i saved to cop games that weren't available

and being able to play on my phone or my Nvidia sheild in my room without an Xbox is

I tried to tell people and they just group me up with everyone else. Even @papa surf says that while simultaneously agreeing with us. I used to care about stuff like that but with gamepass I don't have time to care about the haters. I got a battlefield beta to get to since early access is available for all gamepass subscribers.

Also, play "the messenger" before it leaves the service. Not a long game but a good game
