2017 and 2018 I agree. 2019 on out has been much better but hitting on those later round picks and UDFA has more than made up for it. Like Bill Walsh said if you hit on 60% of your picks you're doing good we've hit on closer to 70%+. Which is why teams are so eager to poach our personnel.
