One shot with a squeeze of lemon in warm water in the morning
Two shots in room temp water at night.

If nothing else its helped me with muscle cramps tremendously.

I drink it daily with a glass of water. I get compliments on the clarity of my skin often. So it definitely helps the skin. Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother, is what I use.

It will help you internally if ingested, but will not do much of anything externally except make your scar smell like apple cider vinegar.
It is too acidic to just straight drink in large quantities, you'll damage your throat. You will need to dillute it.

(I train swords and knives so if it could fix scars I'd have a case of it... but instead it just cleans the area and makes it smell like vinegar. Applied it for a month til I ran out of the 24oz bottle)
