That drink sounds delicious. ..what's the ratio for the ingredients?
Also...how do you make ginger shots?
I've never measured the ingredients. I'll walk you through it. I buy or make one litre of chilled carbonated water.
Temperature is everything with this drink! The ACV is tangy, dry, sour, and little sweet. We're going to develop the sweetness, and add another sensation to cut through it being dry.
One litre of chilled carbonated mineral water. Drink or pour out a little over half of it. I poor enough ACV in the bottle to affect the color. Then in a paper Dixie cup one of those smalls ones, I make a simple syrup out of the mineral water, raw brown sugar, and cinnamon. I fill the cup to the brim.
Mix it all together. Stir the fukk out of it. Taste it. It should be sweet then the cinnamon should make it spicy. The trick is to not be shy with the cinnamon. Cinnamon and sugar go so well together. Cinnamon french toast for example is vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar. It's a classic combination. I love the spice.
The syrup needs to be too spicy and too sweet because we're going to mix it with a lot of water and ACV. So taste it. And adjust for your pallet.
Wash your mint. Get a bundle. Pick the leaves off the stem. Pick more than you think you'll need. Mix it in the SS. And taste and smell the magic. It should be sweet, refreshing, and the cinnamon should be coming through and blending with the mint and sugar.
Poor it in the bottle and taste it. All the flavors and sensations should come through. If it's too sweet add more ACV or water. That's why I like to drink this as an iced tea. The ice will melt and balance the flavors out.
It's basically a lot of water. A one second pour of ACV. And a small amount of a very strong simple syrup. And mint to taste. I use a lot of mint because I love it the sensation that mint and cinnamon cause.
I call it mud. It should look like swamp water. Lol. It looks gnarly. But everyone I've made this for loves it.
Btw, ACV and all the shyt in that drink minus the sugar are great for your immune system and digestive track. Having more bad bacteria in your stomach than good bacteria can cause illness and intestinal issues.
Lol it also wakes you the fukk up. Same thing as ginger. Roots have a lot of nutrients. Ginger is a root.
Cinnamon is slept on. It can lower blood pressure and help regulate sugar levels in the body.
Health belly healthy body. Step your pre and probitotic game up.
