That Mac and cheese pan is like maybe 2-3boxes of Mac n cheese for like 4 bucks and whatever cheap ass cheese. Those wings are probably 20ish in a pan so maybe 30bucks if you buy them bulk. Cabbage is cheap as hell.

$700 for 5 pans is $140/pan. Let's say you can feed 30-35 people. That's $20-25 a head if you're charging to break even. This isn't the type of food I'm hitting for $20 a head. shyt, this looks like something you and like four of your boys throw $100 a piece in and don't charge at all.

She's definitely charging A LOT for labor. If not, that's $280 for maybe 100 full wings, $280 for m&c, and $140 for some damn cabbage. No way I'm paying that much unless it's my last option.

And it’s not even white folk. Carribean food has never been as overpriced as American black food despite being just as good and hefty portions. Thai food always hits the spot and is never overpriced like this. Mexican, Peruvian chicken spots, etc.
