I liked Chriss a lot, had him top 5.

Romar can recruit but he's a trash coach, that's why Fultz is pretty much balling out in obscurity, and Michael Porter will do the same next year.

The thing with Murray though was that he lacked an overall sort of maturity to his game, wild, turnover prone, too flashy, low defensive effort, ect.

San Antonio was a great spot for him because if he wants any playing time he has to cut all that shyt out.

Romar has had so many decent players come through Washington but neither of them panned out except for Brandon Roy and obviously Isiah Thomas. I don't understand how he keeps getting these top players :mindblown:

Laker fan here...

I am really down on Russell
Why?
I didn't say he was. I said I like his potential better than D-Russ. I think long term, Murray will be the better player in this Spurs system. Obviously right now, D-Lo is better because he's logged more NBA minutes as a starter.
D Russ will be the best PG in the league one day. His leadership qualities are already Chris Paul-esque and he's only about to be 21. His offensive game is good all he needs is consistency and he's not a bad defender, he'll become a better defender as he matures and commits to it more. Granted I haven't seen a lot from Murray but he'll go far under Pop's system.

He wont even be the best player on his team if Brandon Ingram hits anywhere close to his ceiling. And I hear Lakers management are willing to trade Russell if the offer is right :sas2:

His shooting form is looking better already. Once he starts hitting the 3 with consistency it's going to make him even more deadly attacking the rim.

I never thought Kawhi would become as deadly a shooter as he has become. Can't wait until Tony Parker retires or is moved to the bench and The Engelland Effect becomes apparent in Murray.

The coli where dudes have one or two good games and their next

Coli had y'all thinking that tall Serbian CAC Boban was next,

You'll see. I've been watching dude since last year whenever I could catch a Spurs game and he's always been impressive. Watching him play big vs the Cavs tonight has made me pay even more attention.
