Last I checked MVPs win playoff games. They don't lose 7 straight playoff games. They don't go ghost in the final 3 minutes or get hunted on defense.

All numbers aren’t the same. Similar to how I’ve felt about KAT for years.

We saw it with Bron this year. His numbers were great but due to age the impact isn’t there

Definitely not a fraud but he did bad on way more than two possessions. There was at least five different times where Steph, Klay, and Poole just completely blew by him on the perimeter for at least three layups. Probably more plays than that where another defender rotated over to cut them off on drives.

But I'll never call him a fraud cause he's doing so much offensively and clearly needs more help. I think Giannis or Embiid might've stole this game but would still lose the series in 5 regardless.

The criticism on his defense is always warranted and fair. That is something that has always been questionable about him, especially in a playoff series so I won't get at you there. But saying he's a fraud because he can't win against the best team in the playoffs so far is just hating.

I also had Embiid winning the MVP but hey after this year the voters will get Jokic fatigue and he will never win this award again
