It's funny how when I would say Jokic is a liability on defense it was always "but but but his defensive metrics are so high" lol. I've said all along when arguing for who my MVP is that I had Jokic third because defensively he causes breaks in the Nuggets defense and can be isolated against. We're seeing that now.

Have you seen Embiid's defense this season? He wasn't doing shyt on that end. And despite Giannis' abilities on that side of the ball, has arguably the best defensive guard in the game, and multiple defensive role players alongside him. We'd be talking about Giannis' and Embiid's lack of defense if they were in the same position that Jokic is currently in.
