I legit forgot dude was HWC. Why the fukk hasn't he been on the show in some capacity. When Orton was still a young jobber he even had his RNN updates to keep him in people's minds. All they needed to do was have Ziggler wiggle out of matches for weeks and antagonize other people in the meantime. They could have used the classic doctor's note for cheap heat. But really he's been fukked since the Mysterio feud back in '09. After that loss he never recovered IMO. He's not looked at as a guy that could stand on his own two.

I feel like at this point they just need to let Ziggler GO in the ring, let him actually look strong and get offense in instead of selling his ass off for everyone. People keep drawing the Hennig and HBK comparisons but dude never gets to live up to that potential when he is booked as a chickenshyt nikka who never wins. He could be what everyone wants him to be, the booking just gotta be there.
With that said, the Orton thing didnt look like a heel turn to me ... I hope it is tho, cuz Bryan is way too over as a face right now for him to turn. And Orton NEEDS to turn imo.

The first feud should establishing D-Bry as a singles star--no belt on the line.
The second time they feud should be for the WHC.
They should not rush into it. If WWE is smart, they'll utilize the feud to rebuild Orton as a heel and to groom D-Bry as the next great babyface.
Hell, Kane and the Shield ought to be part of the scenery. Keep it fresh.

Speaking of Swagger, all that build and poof, gone. This isn't the attitude era where they had the luxury of being able to kill pushes of people who didn't get over in a month. They need to push as many heatless heels as possible until they get over. Tensai should have been pushed til he got over. MacIntyre was getting over finally and they cut his legs out from under him. Swagger's push should have just continued. They invest too much in these guys and just throw them in the bushes.
Swagger got injured, proving that there is such thing as karma.
The reality is Swagger never should have been given that spot at Mania, but more and more we see that WHC is so devalued it doesn't even matter.
Swagger was going down in flames no matter what. They just held off on tanking him until after the WM season...he was eventually gonna have to face some consequences for that incident no matter what reason they gave to have him start losing.

I believe Kane needs to be rewarded for his part of the Team Hell No/D-Bry Weak Link Greatness.
When Bryan moves on to get at Cena for the WWE Title have Kane get at Ziggler for the World Heavyweight Title or something.
