Let's hope not. IF there is going to be a turn it needs to go over big with Orton getting pretty much solid boos or else the WWE might pull back on it and make him a "rebel face" or tweener, both of which they don't really know how to book anymore. Hopefully the crowd doesn't go into business for itself and just let's the possible turn happen and accept it.

I will say this though; Orton and Punk's fates are intertwined. If one doesn't turn I doubt the other will but if one turns then it's guaranteed the other will.

Everyone knows that Blandy, Bryan, and Punk are all not gonna be face at the same time. Punk is turning face to face Lesnar UNLESS they do a Cena/Lesnar title match in LA. Bryan or Blandy are going in a different direction..something is DEFINITELY going on with Bryan..he's took over both shows..even with Cena being back, the energy is more into what's going on with him.

Blandy got booed for attacking Bryan..thats not gonna change..male fans are gonna keep that up.

It aint just male fans, the whole crowd is into Bryan right now.

By far the most over dude in the company. The hot-tags lately and the new attitude is really putting him into that next level.

Love to see him get that WWE strap this summer, they need to do that boyhood dream type win over a big time heel.

He's over with everyone but never forget that the male fans are the most emotional and the loudest..once they get behind you, you'll get through no matter what or at least derail the show to the point where it looks odd that someone is so over that you won't push him as the best. Bryan is great by himself...they need to bring in Stephanie and Vince as heels to try to get Cripple H back over after the fans didn't get behind him that much in the Lesnar feud. I think the Shield kids are gonna feud with the USOs for a month at least...not sure what's going on with Dean Ambroise..but Bryan is the centerpiece of what's hot right now even with them trying to make the Ryback/Cena feud, Ziggler return, and Cripple H concussion story something special.

I've always been for a heel Bryan fukking people up. They were kind of ready to take it there but fukked it up with the Sheamus thing. What could have been a good blood feud with Sheamus losing the goof act and Bryan doing his usual giant killing turned into a damaged title reign and prematurely ended Bryan's run as a full heel. I will say this though; Bryan has a shyt ton of momentum as a face. I kind of like how they're booking him as a dikk but they laid the backstory awhile ago so it's not coming off as too heelish. Bryan as an asskicking face that can appeal to everybody may allow them to finally transition Cena into something else and also show the E that faces don't have to be smiling goofs to get over big. A wrestling violence team of Bryan/Sheamus would be :wow: against a tweener Cena/Punk and heel Lesnar/Jericho with Orton lurking in the background and fukking everybody up when it suits him. No gimmicks, just strife, hatred and violence that makes sense. Orton needs to get back on his Patrick Bateman shyt though; grow the hair back, wear suits, be "normal" again but have that barely contained rage and unstability from the early Punt Era.

This is the gospel truth.

They have a lot going on, but the biggest reactions all belong to Bryan right now. He's hitting that superstar status level.

It really can't be ignored. They need to do Cena or Ryback vs. Bryan @ Summerslam and sell it as no one ever thought Bryan Danielson would could win the WWE title. Show NXT clips, show him get fired, show the lame ass Bella and Gail Kim storylines and then you build to the ascension of Bryan the last year and a half.

Then crescendo with him beating John Cena or Ryback at Summerslam for the WWE title.

Ryback is not a strong enough heel for Bryan. He was tailor made cannon fodder for Cena. If they had been willing to pull the trigger on Bryan earlier they might have transitioned Cena into a slow heel turn and kept Ryback face. Even though his momentum was FUBAR'd after that screwjob (I said if Ryback lost before WM he was done) he was still pretty over and could have been salvaged. Miz and Del Rio are failures as faces so Ryback could have filled the void.

I was thinking...what would I want most? Bryan to win in Los Angeles at Summerslam or if they had the balls to stretch this to WM XXX where he could beat Lesnar in the ring by tap out? Now..that would be ideal except you can't trust the WWE since they have a John Cena fetish and apparently are gonna have Punk go over in the next Mania too. It would be HUGE and could be SIMILAR to WM XX's magical ending if Bryan could win by tap out over a monster heel like Lesnar with the crowd doing the Yes thing to end the show. It would be a montage they could play over and over again like the damn Foley drop from the HIAC....but that's the problem. You can't just trust the E to do what's right and logical anymore since they have the Cena fetish obsession that ruins everything that could be special.

Bryan needs to beat John Cena in the middle of the fukking ring for the title at Summerslam and I would love that but if sanity ever returned backstage at the WWE, they should have him win the Rumble and then WM XXX for the title. You can fluff that off with a Triple Threat though with Cena vs Bryan and maybe Ryback if they had foresight.

Why are y'all trying to insert Ryback like he's a major force? I guess you're just accepting the inevitable and he'll be hanging around for awhile but he just isn't cutting it as a heel right now. It'd be ideal for the Del Rio's and the Miz's of the world but he needs to be replaced in the main event. It's time for another random mid-card heel push. I've loved those since the Attitude era. It seems like the random midcard pushes have much more force and the character is interesting. First one that comes to mind is that random Val Venis heel push of 1999 which had him feuding with all three top faces at once and of course R-Truth. They BLEW that big time. :snoop:

YES.

The E's heel division is lacking something serious. As said, Ryback's not cutting it. The best heels in the company right now are arguably The Shield, who have been booked pretty well, but obviously aren't going to be in WWE/World Title feuds yet. They need a good, believable heel pushed to that WWE Title level. Curtis Axel is a step in the right direction, but for all we know they'll fukk that up too.

As far as a random midcard push (which I fully support), I think a guy like Antonio Cesaro pushed to the main event scene could surprise a lot of people, in a good way. Other than him, I think they could even make it work with Barrett or Rhodes, if properly executed. I honestly can't think of many other possibilities.

Also, on the subject of improving the product, I'd like to see more focus on the tag team division, but that's another story.

They really, really fukked up Rhodes when they killed the mask gimmick. The face turn where he finally regained his sanity could have been huge.

LOL@no one having any respect for Ziggler's heel run at all.

How can we? He's been presented as the weakest member of his own stable, even before the concussion. E and AJ are presented as being tougher and smarter heels than him. Being stuck with dead weight like Del-rio and Swagger wasn't helping either.
