:mjlol:You clearly don't understand the law. First of all, she's a female, so recording her unconsented is extremely shakey by itself. Then that fact doubles when the girl is drunk. The guy recording could be labeled a stalker at that point.

:mjlol:People don't understand "public domain". When you're out recording random shyt or yourself, then yeah other elements can be captured during that adventure. However, you CAN NOT record someone's image and likeness with the intent to monetize (views, comments, revenue).

Yet all those people who get recorded in public during freakouts/events etc never sue. And those videos get monetized.

:mjlol:Specify the event. If you're talking about a conflict (potential crime in progress) that's an entirely different thing. You're attempting to move the goalpost to be correct. As a general rule, you CAN NOT just record a drunk female (especially with a skirt on) at night. Why do you think the police officer told them to back up and not the boyfriend? Think about it.

:mjlol:And yes, those people usually don't sue, but the point is THEY CAN, because they aren't legally allowed to just do that like they claim.

90% of the time if my wife is drunk in public with me then I'm just as faded, if not worse. I would probably start waving to the camera and doing shoutouts to people. :pachaha:

A lot of yall in here are going to learn a really harsh life lesson, in a very harsh way.

Just because you “can” doesn’t mean you should and if you spend your life crossing people’s personal boundaries just because “bububut the Law says I can record in public places!”, you’re not going to be alive much longer.

The law gives us freedom of speech but if you walk up to a couple and call the wife/gf a slut, the husband/bf will likely try to break your jaw(or flat out shoot you) on the spot.

The law(in some states) says that pedestrians have the right of way at certain crosswalks and in parking lots(think supermarkets). However, if you blindly step out into these crosswalks just because “you have the right of way and vehicles are supposed to stop 😡!”, you will get run over and killed.

Keep on walking up to people and recording them after you’ve been told not to, just because “control your GF the law gives me the right to record! 😡”…your law abiding ssa gonna die.

And why not be a MAN anyway and just choose NOT to engage in such bcthmade activities such as trying to record everything like some little TikTok obsessed fakkit. It shouldn’t take “the threat of violence” to get you to refrain from sticking cameras in peoples faces after they’ve asked you not to. It should just be your grown man maturity and moral code that stops you :hhh:

That I’m angry so I’m gonna lash out on someone who didn’t cause the problem bs is weak and lame.

Basically what it came down to. Dudes really think huffing, glaring and dropping a "nikka" every other word is intimidating. He's going to end up on the ground right next to his woman one day if that's the only way he feels he can manage his emotions.

:mjlol:Doesn't matter. Tell that to all the guys who get arrested for harassment every month.

So why don't paparazzi get arrested for harassment?

You know there's a whole rabbit hole on YouTube of people filming people in public with no explanation. Getting their licenses plates, etc. Cops showing up and and explaining they can't do anything about it, hes in public
