So the constitution indicates celebrities can be filmed in public but non celebrities can't :mjlol:
:mjlol:No. The implication is that celebrities consent to being public figures via their profession.

:mjlol:Ok goofy nikkas. Walk around recording chicks in public and let me know how far yaw get. I swear the coli is made up of bytch ass nikkas who go against any man they see with testosterone.

All these "Why is your girl drunk in public" comments :mjlol:
Yep. Folks can talk all that emotional dumb shyt about how you gotta accept the reaction of violence against you for doing something that is completely legal.. and you can go down that path. But you'd be idiot sitting in jail or financially sued if the person you assault reports it and presses charges.

I wouldn't do it, but I'm deluded enough to go around thinking I can tell people what to do in public lol I'd just ignore it unless they invade personal space which is against the law.
Folks like you put too much stock in the punishment someone will get for rocking your jaw.

Notice in the video that the police didn't hem him up. They tried calming him down because they empathised with his response.

Giving him a fat lip would result in a caution. Knocking him out would be a caution. If he hit him and unfortunately the worst happened, it'd be about 5 years with him being released in 2 and half.

The simple solution is to not behave like a twat. A lot of Internet neeks are trying to bring their chatroom bullshyt to the real world and will find out the hard way that regular people don't play those games.

Courts deal with matters of the law, not implications or personal feelings on the matter.

Nobody here is claiming they waste their time doing stuff like this. Just pointing out that you can record anyone in public: celebrities, non celebrities, police officers, women.

We can agree to disagree though, but if you're ever out with your girl in public and walk past a Tesla, make sure you yell at the car for filming your girl.. show it how much testosterone you have.

:mjlol:Exactly.
:mjlol:Then go DO it! Stop telling people on the internet what you feel you should be allowed to do. If you follow a female with a camera and she calls the police-- YOU'RE GETTING ARRESTED. THAT'S BREAKING THE LAW STUPID. Doesn't matter what you think "public domain" is. Tell the police that while they're cuffing you.

:mjlol:None of you nikkas will actually do the shyt you claiming, which already proved my point. You know deep down you can't do it, so shut the fukk up arguing about it.

Yes. But they aren't supposed to. Thats why they try and screen jurors who can be impartial. They are warned at the begging to stick to the facts as it applies to the law. But I agree personal feelings and emotions can always get through.

Calm down and stop being so emotional, we are having a good discussion.

I think it would be rude an annoying to do something like that. So I never would. Being rude and annoying isn't against the law. But like someone here said just because you can do something doesnt mean you should.

It's not illegal. And if you did end up in cuffs the charges wouldn't stick. Idk what else to tell you..

And They always will. People aren't robots

We talk this impartiality shyt, but a judge is allowed to give out a sentence based on how he/she feels. Regardless, duke and his buddy will get thoroughly pressed eventually. There are lots of folks who will eat a light charge to snuff some streamers
