I would ask the dude to stop recording and say she doesn't feel good

But I'm interested in where this thread is going to go :jbhmm:

Will the coli OGs join together against the Gen Z streamer livestreaming everything :patrice:

Or will they unite against the combative boyfriend ready to get into a streetfight for a drunk woman :leon:
A True Coli Philospher. Asking the important questions :wow:

:mjlol:You clearly don't understand the law. First of all, she's a female, so recording her unconsented is extremely shakey by itself. Then that fact doubles when the girl is drunk. The guy recording could be labeled a stalker at that point.

:mjlol:People don't understand "public domain". When you're out recording random shyt or yourself, then yeah other elements can be captured during that adventure. However, you CAN NOT record someone's image and likeness with the intent to monetize (views, comments, revenue).
"public domain" has nothing to do with the topic at hand, it's a term of art relating to intellectual property, you've confused it with personality rights (and are still wrong)

the rest of your post is completely divorced from legal reality, i refuse to elaborate why or even link an explanation, it's so nonsensical that it would be a waste of everyone's time

A lot of yall in here are going to learn a really harsh life lesson, in a very harsh way.

Just because you “can” doesn’t mean you should and if you spend your life crossing people’s personal boundaries...
many people put the law above morality, it isn't surprising that there's ones among them who also put it above self-preservation

Streamers getting murdered is a thing that's going to happen more often and we're all going to say we saw it coming and streamers should've known better and only then will some kind of laws be passed specifically curtailing their moronic behavior :yeshrug:

You don't need permission or "consent" to record people in public. People need to understand this. Get your situation under control instead of worrying about ancillary shyt.
Dude thinking he intimidating anyone wearing a Canadian tuxedo with tears in his eyes, while his fat drunk girl sitting there alone going through it, self-inflicted tragedy all around
In some states and areas, yes you do need permission per state law. The issue is will it hold up if it gets to court. But technically, yes, you absolutely do need permission to use my likeness. He wasn't doing security footage or CCTV. It was for content. Or so it seems.

I’ve been out many nights with ex’s in the past who ended up drunk by the end of the night. :manny:

Some of the best nights ever and most fondest memories :wow:

If I’m the couple, I’d ask to stop filming or move away. Always de-escalate

If I’m the cameraman, I’d want to get knocked out especially with the police there. I’m trynna get paid

Put that energy in controlling your broad

Will get his jaw broken one day while his broad rolls down the street

While I agree. I understand the frustration of someone trying to farm you for content without your permission and recording you to upload somewhere. Man's trynig to help his woman out and these people are in his face recording them, results of which nothing positive will come from. In those cases I wouldn;t be surprised if someone whooped your ass and broke your shyt. Out here talking about don't touch my camera and you monitizing this somehow

Do that shyt in other countries and they'd whoop your ass and you wouldn't get paid. It's why people are so out of pocket. The possibility of an ass whooping was a deterrant for many things. Now you just see people wilding out in public and no one is physically checking them
