So why don't paparazzi get arrested for harassment?
Because they record celebrities. You know there's a whole rabbit hole on YouTube of people filming people in public with no explanation. Getting their licenses plates, etc. Cops showing up and and explaining they can't do anything about it, hes in public
Again, another attempt to move the goalposts. What is being recorded? A potential crime?Exactly. If we are talking LEGALLY as long as you are in public he is protected legally. If somebody got mad and assaulted the camera man the attacker would go to jailSo why don't paparazzi get arrested for harassment?

Content and clout got people doing shyt they would not do.. No sympathy after crashing into random people lives with camera and expecting everyone to be apart of your content empire if they dont want to.. Standing behind the guise of most people wont go that far then when someone willing to crash out dont act surprised.A lot of yall in here are going to learn a really harsh life lesson, in a very harsh way.
Just because you “can” doesn’t mean you should and if you spend your life crossing people’s personal boundaries just because “bububut the Law says I can record in public places!”, you’re not going to be alive much longer.
The law gives us freedom of speech but if you walk up to a couple and call the wife/gf a slut, the husband/bf will likely try to break your jaw(or flat out shoot you) on the spot.
The law(in some states) says that pedestrians have the right of way at certain crosswalks and in parking lots(think supermarkets). However, if you blindly step out into these crosswalks just because “you have the right of way and vehicles are supposed to stop!”, you will get run over and killed.
Keep on walking up to people and recording them after you’ve been told not to, just because “control your GF the law gives me the right to record!”…your law abiding ssa gonna die.
And why not be a MAN anyway and just choose NOT to engage in such bcthmade activities such as trying to record everything like some little TikTok obsessed fakkit. It shouldn’t take “the threat of violence” to get you to refrain from sticking cameras in peoples faces after they’ve asked you not to. It should just be your grown man maturity and moral code that stops you![]()

Once you are in public you have no reasonable expectation of privacy.
You are right. But if he hurts the streamer he goes to prison and his chick got another dikk in her mouth before he's sentenced. Brehs need to control their emotions better.A lot of yall in here are going to learn a really harsh life lesson, in a very harsh way.
