Many states have the death penalty, but that doesn't stop these high murder rates.
Crime is link to economic. Harder penalty doesn't stop crime.

In 2014, Masta make a lot of money criminalizing Black people in general.
Masta still have Black Women in their pockets in 2014. Just like he did in 1814.

So what are other measures that should be used to make sure men will respect women space after there advances are denied? Y'all are sooooooo worried about the law being exploited but at the same time don't wanna recognize that it's a problem in our areas where women are constantly verbally and some point physically harassed.
I havent seen one post in here about how women feel when a guy just doesn't know when to quit. Personally if dudes don't want this law to be even consider, start checking a man when he start over stepping his boundaries. Don't ignore the problem in hopes that it won't create another one

The first thing Black people should do for a strong community. Is stop looking for help from White Daddy.
The fact that @Willstyles is going for the corny method of pulling at sentimental heartstrings shows that he doesn't have much of an argument. We all have black female family members and relatives and for him to imply that we don't care about them is a lie and disrespectful. And it's horrible posting because he intentionally overlooks the main arguments and just regurgitates feminist rhetoric that has nothing to do with the discussion.
