You need to understand that street harassment for many women is just a man that they don't like talking to them. That is why something as simple as a smile or a hello could be seen as harassment.

In the video in the op of this thread it said 41% of women who experienced street harassment said it was physical harassment. They feel the laws in place aren't effectively protecting them. They have the right to address this issue as they see fit. Too bad isn't a viable option for black women and if the black male majority takes that stance we will look disloyal and apathetic.
