A woman that dresses very proactively that gets "harassed" definitely shares part of the blame if she becomes the victim of overly aggressive males in the street. While OF COURSE the male is culpable for offending someone and it shouldn't be tolerated, a woman that chooses to dress provocatively definitely deserves some of the blame. This is something i'm sure YOUR MOTHER would likely agree with ME on, however i understand that new age feminists like yourself believe that woman should NEVER be held accountable for their actions so i'm sure you'll disagree.

Listen doll, I know that it is impossible to police each and every situation but its more about this being an acceptable behavior amongst men. If one of your buddies says something sexually aggressive to a strange woman on the street in your presence then why not just turn you your friend with a quick "Hey dude, that was uncalled for" or "You know that you were out of line saying that to that girl". Perhaps your friend will think not to do it the next time.
