I think by early 20s women are attracted to two different things. The first is status. This type of attraction is less mature and based on image. These are the chicks who wanna fukk based on the brand of your jeans cause it makes you look like somebody. Or the chicks out here getting smutted by frat boys are football team captains still. Or a" CEO"of two man record label, party promoter etc. As long as the nikka has a name/something to claim.

The second is the gold-digger lites. They are attracted to "potential". They realize nikkas may be broke now because of school and shyt but it could be a step in the ladder to something bigger. They banking on money that hasn't materialized yet. nikkas started conning these type of chicks too with this fake ass "Ambition" movement Wale promoted. nikkas will claim they ambitious but spend all day selling reggie and playing madden. Or nikkas go to college just to say they going/went and fail out and blame it on fiancial aid or some shyt. nikkas out here with twitter handles like @bigdreamzgregory just to pray on chicks like

The funny thing is it goes both ways.

Men have their entire lives to set themselves up financially and still be desirable by the opposite sex. I've seen bytches hype up George Clooney more when he had grey hair vs. when he was still on tv.

Women on the other hand only have between ages 18-35ish...before the next wave of perky breasted, non bitter chicks start taking their place.

I tell my nikkas all the time that the sexual dynamics between men and women is just simple economics. Its a business transaction.

Men are bartering financial stability in exchange for physical beauty.
Women are bartering their physical beauty in exchange for a come up.

People can call it being shallow (men)/being a goldigger (women) but I dont...when u boil it down, it is what it is.

Men are simply in a better position by default. Especially in cities like Atlanta where the Women to Men ratio give men an even BIGGER advantage.
