Your local liquor laws

Was in a bar last night and dudes got to talking about the liquor laws in different states........

said in new england they have something called a 1/4th or 3/4th law where u cant get a new drink if u have more then 1/4th of your drink still in ur glass.......

said in boston a person isnt allowed to have more then 2 drinks served to them at a time.......

i know virginia you can only buy liquor from government sanctioned liquor stores but they sell beer and wine and their walmarts.......

In Salt Lake City we bought a bottle and the waitress had to keep it. She had to pour one ounce shots in individual cups. They couldn't pour more than that in one glass. It was corny as hell. Had the face all night.

Why can't you pump your own gas in NJ. That is one of the dumbest laws out.

In NJ, you cannot be arrested for public intoxication UNLESS you are being disorderly, then you can be arrested for disorderly conduct.

If you drunk as fukk in public, the cops will take you to a hospital to sober up but you cant get arrested unless you straight wildin out.

u sounding like a lil ho my nikka. Nothing like the gas stations in the hood here... you can buy weed, cd's, movies, see hoes, and buy stolen shyt from addicts. I guess you can get ya shyt pushed in 2 which is the only downside but

Virginia has the worst liquor law in the country. Places like Walmart and 711 cant serve beer and wine after midnight

In Kansas:

- you can ONLY sell liquor in a "liquor store"
- you can buy beer in regular stores/gas stations, but it's 3:2 beer
- you can't buy alcohol AT ALL on Sunday

In MA liquor stores can sell all types of booze and are open 8am-11pm 7 days a week at most liqour stores Bars and clubs 8am-2am depending on the city a lot close at 1am

Ive never seen the new england law in the OP ive ordeded tons of drinks having half of my drink left. And been in bars in Boston were ive ordered 2 beers and 2 shots to my head at the same time but it may vary at different bars.

-Can't buy alcohol after midnight on Saturday until 12noon on Sunday. (Beer/wine)
-Liquor stores close at 10, federal holidays, and Sundays
-Can't serve more than 2 drinks person
-Clubs are supposed to stop serving liquor at 2am
-You can still be charged with a dwi if you are just sitting in your car drunk regardless if it started up or the vehicle is NOT moving.
